This upgrade will provide a more efficient way of locating your accounts and improve navigation and account security. We are very excited to upgrade our current technology infrastructure. This will enable our Independent Team to continue to provide our Great Members with top-notch service, security, and banking solutions. At this time, there is no action you need to take. However, we will keep you informed every step of the way. We are working hard during this conversion process to minimize service disruptions for our valued members. We understand there are bound to be some challenges that come with all change. We ask for your patience as we continue to work on providing you with a higher level of service.
During the transition timeframe, the system will be down, and any scheduled payments during that time will not be processed. Please plan ahead so your payments are on time and not delayed during the new system transition. Check back for more definitive dates for our transition window.
