System Upgrade Coming Soon


In order to provide a higher level of service to our Great Members, we have been working diligently behind the scenes on implementing a new core processing system upgrade to improve the way we serve you!

You will notice enhanced mobile banking with touch ID technology and bill pay. An improved Online Banking experience with more alerts and options and enhanced mobile statements that will allow you to easily view your e-statments from any device. Our new Online Banking System will offer you a better and more convenient way to bank Independent.

It is important to keep the following details in mind.

• Your Independent Account information will always remain safe and intact throughout the upgrade process and beyond

• Account numbers, automatic deposits, and withdrawals will carry over

• Current automatic payments will not carry over to the new online banking. It's important you take time now to prepare by making a list of accounts, account numbers, and payment due dates to make your transition go smoothly

• Existing eStatement users will need to download existing statements for your records by the end of December 2024

We are very excited to upgrade our current technology infrastructure. This will enable our Independent Team to continue to provide our Great Members with top-notch service, security, and banking solutions. At this time, there is no action you need to take. However, we will keep you informed every step of the way. We are working hard during this conversion process to minimize service disruptions for our valued members. We understand there are bound to be some challenges that come with all change. We ask for your patience as we continue to work on providing you with a higher level of service.
